We Coordinate the Rest
Once medically approved, eligible medications and wellness products are coordinated through our network and shipped directly to your door.
You'll continue to have virtual medical support along with ongoing coordination and support from the SMMI team.

Your membership invoice is automatically sent according to the billing option you choose — monthly or every three months. Pay your membership invoice within 14 days to keep your Premier Access membership active.
As an active member, you can order eligible labs, medications, and wellness options when you want them and based on what you need, as long as they are medically appropriate and physician-approved.
When appropriate, medications may also be ordered in larger quantities — including up to a three-month supply when available through the medical platform and approved by the physician.
Approved services and products are available to active members at SMMI's cost, with no retail markup.

What does SMMI Premier Access include?

How much is Premier Access?
Premier Access is currently $129 per month when billed monthly or $349 every 3 months.
Choosing the every-three-month option saves $38 every three months compared with paying monthly — up to $152 per year.
I'm already a founding member. Does my rate change?
No. If you joined during our founding-member enrollment period, your previously locked-in rate remains protected for as long as you remain an active Premier Access member.
Why choose every-three-month billing?
It means fewer membership invoices to manage and additional savings throughout the year.
It can also pair well with treatment plans where a medically approved three-month supply may be ordered at one time.
Are medications and labs included in the Premier Access membership fee?
They are billed separately from your membership, but active Premier Access members can purchase medically approved labs, medications, and therapies at our cost with no retail markup.

How does membership billing work?
Choose monthly or every-three-month billing when you enroll. Your membership invoice is automatically sent according to the billing schedule you select.
Pay your invoice within 14 days to keep your membership active and maintain your Premier Access benefits and pricing.
Is Premier Access included in the 3-month Small-Group Wellness Programs?
Yes. Three months of SMMI Premier Access are included in the total price of the program, so there is no separate Premier Access membership charge during those three months.
If you're already a founding Premier Access member, your locked-in founding rate remains protected. Participation in the program counts as continuous active membership.
What is the Metabolic Health Group?
Our first Small-Group Wellness Program is a structured, three-month Metabolic Health Group limited to 10 participants.
It includes advanced labs, genetic testing, dietary guidance, measurable goals, progress tracking, accountability, and comprehensive support.
Enrollment opens November 1, 2026, with Premier Access members receiving priority enrollment.
Are your peptides research-use-only products?
No. Premier Access provides access to physician-directed, pharmaceutical-grade, U.S.-made peptide options through our medical network — not products sold solely for research use.
Do I need Premier Access for IV infusions, injections, or lab testing?
No. You do not need Premier Access to receive SMMI IV infusions or IM vitamin injections, and lab-only testing is also available without a membership.
